#BiasCorrect
Like spell check, but for gender bias.
On International Women’s Day, we made the invisible barriers holding women back visible by creating custom tech that flags unconscious gender biases in real-time workplace conversations. To promote the plug-in, we enlisted the help of badass women who have dealt with these unfair labels throughout their careers - including my favorite nasty lady, HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON! (hello, career highlight) to help us draw attention to this issue by sharing the #BiasCorrect Campaign across their social channels and inviting their followers to join our movement via our social photo uploader. Endless global conversations (and most importantly) #BiasCorrect Plug-In Downloads ensued. Within the first 24 hours: 2075.8% increase in Catalyst followers, 188.5 million impressions, and 324 company-wide #BiasCorrect Plug-In downloads.
