We’re 202 years away from gender parity, and the only way to close that gap is for leaders to publicly commit to taking action. To spark this urgency, FQ launched the #MakeEqualityMoves Campaign at Cannes Lions Festival with a dynamic pop-up experience.
In collaboration with four female artists, we brought the pillars of equality—parity, advancement, culture, and leadership—to life through captivating artworks, each with specific actionable steps. Leaders were invited to choose a pillar, declare their commitment on social media, and receive shoes featuring their chosen artwork, turning them into walking ambassadors for equality and igniting conversations about real change throughout the festival.
Just a few of the moves made
We also created a social filter that allowed individuals who couldn’t make it to France to publicly commit to a move.
